What is functional medicine?
Functional medicine is an approach to healthcare with the focus on addressing the root causes of disease, rather than alleviating symptoms. Our functional medicine program offers a patient-centered approach that emphasizes the body as a whole and recognizes the uniqueness of each individual’s genetic, environmental, and lifestyle factors. A functional medicine practitioner will seek to understand your underlying condition using a comprehensive, systems-oriented framework. We recognize that one treatment plan does not work for all; therefore, treatment plans involve a combination of lifestyle modifications, integrated therapies, including peptides, with the goal of optimizing health and restoring balance.
We provide two options for primary care with functional medicine:
Tier 1: Monthly Membership Fee $150
First visit with lab draw, interpretation, and consult with treatment plan: $500 one-time fee
Four follow-up visits a year
Unlimited access to a nurse practitioner through patient portal
Tier 2: Monthly Membership Fee $300
First visit with lab draw, interpretation, and consult with treatment plan: $500 one-time fee
Four follow-up visits a year
Unlimited access to a nurse practitioner via provider’s personal phone number
